I am about to hit 3 months of joining Beyond and I couldn’t be more happy with my results already. About 20 pounds down and I fit into my old clothes now! I’ve always hated working out BUT being in a group setting with the support of others in the class changes your mentality of it all. Started over a month ago… I have lost a lot of weight on my own but got into a slump of not wanting to do anything after work and with weightloss stalling.
