Visited this gym for a weekend class and loved it. Space was clean, well laid out and the instructor was knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Sarah-Jane and her team did a great job of creating a welcoming space and high energy workout. Highly recommend!
I was very pleased with my health and fitness assessment at Beyond Fitness. I discovered that my eating and sleeping habits were not good . My fitness assessment also showed I could use some improvement . Sarah and Scott gave me encouragement and lots of support. They also gave me tips and exercises for all my fitness needs . I recently had a comprehensive Health and Fitness Analysis completed and was most impressed with their knowledge affirming diagnosis. As someone in their mid 60’s who has been unable to loose weight despite being physically fit I was pleasantly surprised at how positive and encouraging the analysis was.
