This is not a place I would recommend. The hospitality is the worst I have ever encountered. Tracy is an angle when it comes to luring you in to pay. However after you pay she is a completely different person. As a host she is terrible. From the decorations which we asked for to the time which we were scheduled to get out. The place might look nice but the owners behavior was absolutely horrid. She was rude and disrespectful, with a disgusting look in her face the whole time any of us had interactions with her. Not only did she yell at the children and scold them, but she insisted we leave the venue at 10 when we had payed to stay until 12. She was like a helicopter parent, always coming out, walking around and telling people off during random moments of the party. She treated us with disdain and almost ruined the part itself. I attended a graduation event at this venue and was disappointed with the experience. The event coordinator, Tracy, was unwelcoming and repeatedly complained throughout the event. Although the venue was rented until midnight, guests were asked to leave around 9:45 PM. The situation became even more uncomfortable when her husband arrived and spoke to guests in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This is the worst place ever in the whole gusts and my life. I have never seen business owner like this. Tracy is the lady in the center who is the most rude and disrespectful woman. Starting from arrangi the center to the end of the event, she was bugging everyone micromanaging, talking arrogant and rude words. Harassing us and saying we could stay until 12 but kicked us out at 10. They were yelling at our kids and calling the police for playing music and for us to leave. They were also trying to us. NEVER would come here again.
