What an amazing reception hall! They accommodated a short notice and fulfilled every need we had. I will certainly use this hall again! Amazing place and amazing people.
Poor communication and service. I was the one initiating the follow up conversation. Non-flexible and rude hovering ove us when we had ove an hour to exit the venue. She was rude to my guests at the end. I would not recommend them nor used them again!!! Terrible service.
I cannot recommend Beyond Elegance Event and Wedding enough! I've hosted my Christmas parties here two years in a row, and each time, the experience has been absolutely flawless! The venue itself is stunning -beautifully maintained, spacious and perfect for creating a warm, festive atmosphere. But what truly sets this place apart is the owner Tracy Baxter, she is an absolute gem! professional, punctual, and incredibly accommodating.
Tracy was wonderful! The venue was beautiful the day of the event and I would definitely recommend this venue to friends, family and co- workers!
