I had a crown appointment with Dr. Jackie Shum today. Dr Jackie was thorough and understanding, and stepped me through each procedure and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I am very happy with my new crown and the service from all staff members at Beyond Dental.
I’ve been attending Beyond Dental Care for almost two years now and I have to say, it’s very relaxing the moment you walk in. I used to experience some anxiety and dread about seeing the Dentist, but not anymore. All of the staff are very friendly and I love choosing my usual “comfort items” on their menu. They go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and as relaxed as you can be for your appointment. Absolutely amazing team of dentists and the ladies at the front desk are so welcoming. Took my toddler in for a checkup and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and happy.
I’ve never really been a “dentist person” and usually end up avoiding appointments. But walking into Beyond Dental Care, I was greeted with such a warm welcome that my anxiety instantly eased.
