Such a great practice. The receptionists are always friendly, lots of appointment reminders and most importantly the dentists (I see Dr Div) are friendly and care about their patients while doing a solid job on your teeth. 100% highly recommend.
I phoned for an emergency appointment after breaking a tooth. First reception continually interrupted me. Asked questions then repeatedly spoke over me as I tried to answer. She finally put me on hold to speak to another receptionist. I was left on hold for 35 minutes, then abandoned without help when shop closed. Those 35 minutes were invaluable to me, as I could have been calling other dentists before closing time.
I will recommend this clinic for all my friends and family .very gentle doing the procedure and very professional manner which is the good thing for me because my second language is English
Dr Edgar and staff at Beyond Dental Care Burpengary, really do go beyond, in their care. It's almost like going to a day spa. 😊
Dr Jacky was absolutely wonderful. She is friendly, bubbly, and extremely professional, which made the whole experience so positive. She’s amazing with our kids. She’s kind, fun and very reassuring.
