Beth is by far the most knowledgeable massage therapist that I have ever experienced. As she spent time correcting my shoulder issues, she would explain what she was doing and why she was doing it. She would than let me know what I could do or not do to keep my muscles from tightening up. I have had massages all over the world and all around Arkansas and she is by far my choice going forward!
