Changing my review to 1 star because places like this dont really care about you. I went to a therapist here for 2 years, then they changed owners and weren't covered by my insurance anymore, I couldn't go. As soon as I stopped there was just silence, not even a referral somewhere else or even a good farewell. These people make fake connections and don't look deep into whats going on.
I have been bringing my son to see Helena since last August, and he has had major breakthroughs. He is practically a new kid. His meltdowns are few and far between, whereas when we started, they were a daily, sometimes multiple times-a-day. Through Helena's hard work, he has learned to express his emotions in a much more positive way, and indeed, I have learned from her as well. I have been seeing Catia, my therapist, for some time now, and I have to say, she is truly amazing. She has helped me through a lot of difficult situations, and I am so grateful to have her as my therapist. Her guidance and support have made a huge difference in my life, and I can honestly say that I feel much more confident and grounded because of her. I have learned a lot from our sessions together, and I feel like I am making real progress towards my goals.
I cannot even begin to describe the experience I have had with Helena. Her energy alone is so bright and loving she instantly makes you feel comfort and peace without judgement.
