I have been bringing my son to see Helena since last August, and he has had major breakthroughs. He is practically a new kid. His meltdowns are few and far between, whereas when we started, they were a daily, sometimes multiple times-a-day. I have been seeing Catia, my therapist, for some time now, and I have to say, she is truly amazing. She has helped me through a lot of difficult situations, and I am so grateful to have her as my therapist. Her guidance and support have made a huge difference in my life, and I can honestly say that I feel much more confident and grounded because of her. My therapist here is Cátia, and she is my number 1 supporter. Because of her I have been more confident to make the changes I need in my life, and cope better with my anxiety and depression. Having her to talk to after a stressful week keeps me going. She helps me remember I am capable and helps me believe in myself.
