The owner was rude right from the start. But I had been searching for a company to build us a pool. So, I setup the appointment. She came, I missed her because of traffic. I did leave.her a irritated message. She responded with one back. Waited a week and no estimate. Only to find out that she booked and not building anymore swimming pools. Why is customer service and businesses so uncooperative in the area. Frustrated homeowner
