Absolutely atrocious experience. I waited nearly an hour for a haircut—for what? A disaster. The guy who butchered my hair, Chris, is not only completely incompetent but also had the audacity to act arrogant about it. I even showed him a clear picture of a previous haircut done by Long (who, unfortunately, wasn’t there that day), and asked him to replicate it. I’m honestly really upset about my haircut. I clearly said I didn’t want it short or layered, but Amy went ahead and did exactly that. I had been growing it out for so long, and now it’s going to take me another year just to get it back to where it was. I also asked to style the front, but she refused, saying it would be too short—yet she had no problem cutting the rest much shorter than I wanted. I just feel really disappointed and unheard.

Lee is wonderful. I actually get my hair cut dry. I'm in and out of there in maybe 20 minutes with a perfect haircut. She cuts it exactly like I want! Excellent haircut!
