This was my first chiropractic experience and I couldn’t be happier with the process and my results. Dr. Emily Bondar takes a holistic approach and uses various techniques other than just the typical adjustment. The soft tissue manual therapy was exactly what my shoulder needed to feel and work better! I am a strength coach with a passion for all things lifting.
