Li and his team have been brilliant with my TruckHouse, I have Isuzu NPS 4x4 duel cab and they fitted me with a pop top canopy with everything I need for my life in the road doing performances across Australia with my crew of dogs. It's also just a terrific weekender. No matter what I need Alex and Oscar are on hand to keep me on the road. The biggest bonus with Beyond RV is they are always available and when I need assistance it's instant and I'm back on the road. I can not recommend them enough, for value and expertise.
Li and Alex have been absolutely incredible to deal with! We’ve had our camper for a year now and have been living in it full-time for the past 5 months with zero issues. Well… except for that time I broke a kitchen latch 🤣 but they had a replacement sent out the very same day! We absolutely love our little home on wheels. I purchased a caravan from this company on 03/04/24 with a five year extended warranty and to date am not happy. On handover we were driving the van home and the wheel came off and rolled down the M1. They took it back to their workshop to fix it. After about a couple of weeks they delivered it to my place. From then on we have been having endless problems, leaking, damage to the bed and cupboards. Alex has been a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what we were looking for in a caravan, interactions were seamless- he showed us through the workshop and workmanship prior to us committing to purchase. The caravan has been fantastic - lived up to all the promise (including some un-intended off-road mud trails). There were a couple of small fixes needed after the first trip - and were fixed quickly without charge. The after-sales support has been great. Highly recommend.
