Alex has been a pleasure to deal with. He listened to what we were looking for in a caravan, interactions were seamless- he showed us through the workshop and workmanship prior to us committing to purchase. The caravan has been fantastic - lived up to all the promise (including some un-intended off-road mud trails). There were a couple of small fixes needed after the first trip - and were fixed quickly without charge. The after-sales support has been great. Highly recommend.
Could not fault the team at Beyond!!! Alex was more than helpful through out the process and continues to provide awesome after sale assistance. Personally would recommend over the big companies any day!!

Love our Beyond RV slide-on camper. Great value. Suppliers are a lovely family running a great business. We had an issue with the roof not coming down correctly. Called Li and he drove to our home to collect it and take it back to the workshop. He fixed everything, fitting a superior raising and lifting mechanism at no cost to us. Nothing was too much trouble. He even offered to lend us a camper to use while ours was being repaired.
