I wouldn't recommend going here if you have a total knee replacement. I thought I would get a one on one help make sure I have a good bend or help, nope they give you a timer and walk off, come back set timer again, why put a belt on for support if no one helping you in first place. The ones that are there, stand around talking with coworkers, I can barely bend my knee and they can care less.
I am so happy I have been able to be treated at this facility. Everyone is like family there. From the front desk staff Joanie, Sam, Marla, to the clinical staff Allen, and Angel, to the physical therapists’ assistants Tommie, Kimberly, TJ, Jasmine, Savannah, and to the physical therapists Eduardo, Kathy, Steven, and Renan….I am overjoyed with their service.
