Fun, unique class with a great teacher! Would be fun for a bachelorette party or company team building. Great exercise too!

I'm so glad Vero has one of these now! This is a really fun low-impact way to get a workout in. Monika is awesome at helping you get started. The space and equipment is all new and super clean. I went for the first time with a group of my friends and we had a blast. Definitely try it out!

I could go on forever with how much I love this class and the owner. It had been a long time since I did any physical activity and she has been so patient with me and accommodating as I navigate through the class and getting comfortable in the bungee. It is intense cardio and although it works me hard I leave feeling so much better physically, mentally, and emotionally! Every stranger that’s come into the class leaves being a new friend.
