Sorry to say, but Haim (***) J*** and Jay M****** are scammers. Yes they have service people that they subcontract with, but these guys are not real contractors, just middle men. I am in the unfortunate situation of having to terminate Beyond Build for a really shoddy outdoor patio and screen enclosure project (pretty basic, just concrete pour and screen enclosure), and *** and Jay are not returning or responding at all for the $46,000+ I have already paid in deposits for this project. We hired them to remove a lanai sliding door and replace with solid wall. The estimate and time frame seemed reasonable and initial impression based on just the door ***************** was acceptable and at that point, no complaints. However, the follow up was where one issue after another arose: They literally tossed the leftover sparkling all over several places ************ of the property instead of disposing if it properly.
