I am so happy with the service we received from Beyond Bounce! From the moment I made the booking (which was quick and hassle free), right through to the collection of the bouncy castle, everything was seamless. Unlike many other companies, they only require a small deposit, which was a refreshing change. They even delivered the bouncy castle the day before our event, which my boys loved! Brilliant and great value service from the guys at Beyond Bounce. Lovely clean bouncy castle delivered early and set up exactly where we wanted it. Collected the day after our party by two friendly polite guys who packed it all up and took it without fuss. Will definitely use them again.
Thankyou Beyond Bounce!! I used u guys for a surprise 'nightclub' party for my daughters 13th & it was a huge hit! I ordered the VIP package & she felt just like that, a VIP. Beny & another man (sorry, didnt catch the name) came & set it up for me & they were both brilliant, their customer service was 10/10, made me feel very comfortable, listened to my suggestions & were incredibly friendly yet professional. Communication with the owner of Beyond Bounce has been superb. Thankyou again!
