During a consultant which is usually around 2+ hours, I will do an exam on your baby and you & try to figure out what is not quite right with breastfeeding and will help you work through the issue(s). There is not enough room here to adequately express what a gift Leslie has been. As a first time mom, the learning curve is and has been steep. Breastfeeding was a given for us, however the journey has come with challenges I wouldn’t have known to expect. Each step of the way, Leslie has been with us, not only with an abundance of knowledge and expertise, but also with a warmth and demeanor that is magnetic. I have used Leslie with my first child and most recently, my second child. Within an hour, Leslie made me feel more confident in my capabilities to breastfeed and actually has made it enjoyable. Something that could have been a very stressful situation has turned into something so beautiful and special and has created an indescribable bond between baby and me.
