LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! I made an appointment for an alteration and pick up date 3 weeks ago. When I showed up, an incompetent woman claimed they are not taking any appointments due to a some circumstance with the building. I am not sure why I also received a reminder for my appointment when they are unable to honor my appointment. Is it too much to ask to do your job - check the calendar and call the people who made appointments to let them know about this in advance?
