I would not recommend this salon if you’re new and looking for color. Right from the start, it was clear my stylist didn’t understand what I wanted, and the language barrier was ignored. I had a gut feeling she was not understanding so I asked to switch to just a cut, but they reassured me she understood and kept going with the color anyway. Another great cut with Josie @ Beyond Beauty. She tamed my cowlick and shortened my locks. Then she handed me a warm neck pillow to sit with before leaving. I also bought more hair product on the way out (always in stock) and easily booked my next appointment—including a Swedish massage!
