The best nails ever
Was there for an appointment. the beautician that greeted us was very friendly , but shortly after we arrived there was a shift change. The woman that took over was rude, did not speak to us, and seemed put out that I required a receipt. Would not recommend. Also, the business needs to update their Google maps name, as the place I found was not the one that is at the address.
Not the same since new ownership. Poor customer service, inferior services and products, higher prices. It's like the the new owners and management have never ran a business before and using this as a learning tool. Unfortunately, their learning progress is quite slow as they don't seem to learn from their constant mistakes. From shoddy work to not honoring gift certificates, just a poor business all around. Thankfully, there are plenty of alternatives. Stay away if you care about quality and proper service.
It goes by Viva Divas... and Vivian is the BEST!!!! I highly recommend this salon
