UPDATE 2/23: I see the reply to my review, I cannot reply directly to that for some reason. I did not scream at anyone, that is not my character at all, and you may want to be careful misrepresenting someone’s character, that could cause legal issues for you in the future. Absolutely horrible experience. I bought a facial from Groupon, and verbally set an appointment, I drove over an hour for my appointment, and the esthetician no showed. I waited and tried several times by phone pleading for even the courtesy of a response, with no reply. Never again. *** UPDATE. I received a call back, and was offered a free facial.
