They aren't interested in new clients, not even when the Sotto Pelle head corporation nudges them. I've repeatedly requested/tried to become a client and have been 100% ignored. I'm already an SP user and very happy with their product; just wanted someone more local. They couldn't be bothered to even respond nor acknowledge me, and I'm already sold on the stuff.
