We paid $400 in December for 5 private training sessions for our son. Only 2 sessions were completed. The remaining 3 sessions were never scheduled despite multiple attempts to contact him. Communication has been extremely inconsistent, and we’ve received several excuses over the past few months. At this point, we have not received the services we paid for or a refund for the unused sessions. Very disappointing experience.
