I saw Dr. Cory for an initial consultation for chronic constant pain I was experiencing post surgery. Dr. Cory was good (although every time she worked on an area of my body she would say, 'ohhhh, this is really bad'. Her dog also licked my face multiple times during the appointment). I would have returned, as she seemed to know her stuff, but when I went to make my next appointment the front desk informed me Dr. Cory's next availability was September. It's June 8th. New receptionist needed. Front desk is unwelcoming and has a terrible attitude. I love my PT, Danielle, however. She has been excellent.
Bad bad experiences here. The QR code to let me up the elevator did not work. Lobby attendant would not let me up for security reasons. I called the office and just got an AI assistant. I think the receptionist forgot to make the office phone line active because I could not get through on the phone to a live human being to explain the situation. This caused me to be 15 minutes late for my appointment because I was stuck down in the lobby for so long. Only by the grace of God did the building manager happen to be there and ta... read more
