These trucks drive too quickly and recklessley through a neighborhood of 12 small children all under 7 years old. These trucks block visibility, and the owner refuses to park within his own property even after many complaints by several neighbors.

Van has done both of our bathrooms, and were now talking with him about doing our third. His attention to detail, and friendly know how makes us feel very comfortable working with him. I had made a list of small fixes with the grout and caulking but when he came over he went to the bathroom and spotted each item on my list and corrected it without me having to tell him anything! Simply amazing. We would highly recommend Van, at Beyond Basics.
