I have been going to Beyond Base for the last year, and I would highly recommend it! Jess and her team are fantastic, the gym is welcome, inclusive and kid friendly. Beyond Base is incredible for mums, the programs are tailored to make sure we are working on the areas that need strength and improvement. The sessions and exercises are always changing, I don’t think I’ve ever done the exact same program twice. After being out of going to any sort of gym for years, doing the lunch time sessions has been a great change for me. Being over lunch it's simpler to fit within family life and a great way to get an intense workout in during the day. Anyone looking to get into / back into working out, and don't have time, I'd definitely recommend trying the lunchtime sessions to start out!
