Would give 10 stars if I could. Beyond Barre has given me the motivation, confidence, and a community that I needed after having my baby. After only two months, I can tell a huge difference in my core strength, something I have struggled with postpartum (diastasis and C-section mama here) AND Im getting closer and closer to my pre-pregnancy weight. All of the instructors are so sweet, knowledgeable, and will make you feel right at home. Book the class-you won’t regret it!!!
Absolutely adore and love Beyond Barre. The energy and sense of community the space has created while simultaneously allowing you to build not only strength in body but deepening your mind to body connection through movement is truly a rewarding experience with every class I’ve taken. Beyond Barre has literally changed my life. I wake up daily and cannot wait to get there with my 5:45 am crew! My body has changed in ways I never thought possible. Abs…what?! Iryna and the other instructors are amazing and truly care about teaching and inspiring!
They absolutely kill me with each class, but I definitely see an improvement in my health. Plus, the place and the owner have great vibes!
