My husband and I recently switched to Beyond Bank. Their product range is great and caters to all of our financial needs. What truly stands out, though, is their exceptional customer service. We've not experienced anything like it from any other banks in the past. We've gone into the Mandurah branch a couple of times now and have been served by Hayden each time. Hayden's dedication, expertise and friendliness make every visit a pleasure.
Marie-Ann at the Mandurah store was extremly helpful and fast in responding to all my queries. We have been dealing with a different bank for over 8 weeks and have had nothing but issues and drama with them as they have an extremly slow service. I could tell the quality of the service was better the moment we received our first email from Marie-Ann and I’m extremly excited to leave this other bank and start banking with BeyondBank.
I went into beyond bank Monday and can I just say I have never had such good service and got such great customer service from a worker before I believe her name was sharron Heywood, she explain to me what would be best to deposit and was all over very great and very friendly and talkative Felt very welcome from beyond bank. Wasn’t just a Business transaction more on a friendly environment thank you again beyond bank!! 10/10
I've had excellent service from Marie-Eve at Beyond Bank Mandurah on two occasions now. Everything was communicated to me quickly and openly, and organised/finalised just as easily. I am finding the Beyond Bank app very easy to use, competitve offers available, and the personable service provided miles ahead from any other bank I've used before. Thanks Marie-Eve.
