Karen helped me with an International transaction today at the Joondalup branch as I had had some difficulties with making the transaction at home with my slow internet. Absolutely amazing bank. Helped me with my first loan for a car the other day, super understanding and Rosie and Cynthia both remembered me from the first phone call!
