We've been with Beyond Bank Joondalup for a very long time and love the personalised customer service, no queues, helpful staff and a local manager that can make local loan decisions face to face. We've recommended numerous people including young people setting up budgets with multiple bank accounts and older people needing good customer service. Highly recommend.

Karen helped me with an International transaction today at the Joondalup branch as I had had some difficulties with making the transaction at home with my slow internet.
