I’ve completed over 30 group fitness classes and personal training sessions, and it has been a 10/10 experience! I was an athlete all throughout high school and needed to find the right place for me that could turn up the pace for me and this has been the exact place I was looking for. You are always being pushed to be better here and to keep going when you feel like you’ve reached your limit. If you want to invest in yourself, come here! You won’t be disappointed. 🤩
