Horrible communication and service. Best to go elsewhere for your bookings
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Horrible company. They are deceptive in their practices. I first enquired about a room 2 days prior and they were slow in responding and I requested to book. They took another 24 hours to respond and in the meantime they had an airbnb booking on the same place and took that offer due to the higher nightly rate receieved on airbnb. Please avoid them as they do not work for you, only their margins!
They do a great job with our properties, They go the extra mile with all the extra localised info, and the communication is a huge plus. Highly recommend this company to manage your property
We had a great stay. The staff was supper helpful and told us all about the area and where to go. Would recommend staying here for sure!!!!
