Although the initial purchase at Beyer Auto was positive, we have since sold our Volvo and have had a dissapointing subsequent service experience. We opted to take the warranty coverage that was promoted to be refunded if not used (which we did not use). After months and many check's-in-the-mail conversations, we have yet to get that warranty payment returned. I am so grateful for everyone at Beyer Volvo! I’ve had my Volvo since November 2025 and it has been live saving, all of the safety features are wonderful. But going here was so wonderful unlike other dealerships. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to buy a Volvo! They took their time and went out of their way to help me. And after my car accident my xc90 still drivable! I would come back here and ONLY here to buy a Volvo :)

If you are Latino, run away! Staff were mocking during a visit for purchase saying, ándale arriba arriba!
If you want to buy a car, they do a good job. But if a mistake is made, don't expect them to fix it. I bought my car a year ago and on two separate occasions I've been embarrassed to find them incapable of fixing a simple mistake that was made when registering my car. None of the management has been able to correct this mistake despite reassurances that it will be fixed and while I'm going to continue to push to have it fixed, I'd suggest people not buy from here if you can avoid it since you'll be treated as an after though... read more
