Check engine light on after owning 5 months. Told by service to bring it in and it would take under an hour to diagnose and if more given a loaner. Got there and told a minimum of 3 hours and no loaner. Told could not get a loaner for 2 weeks so had to schedule at Alexandria for one week later. Terrible service and no sense of how much they wasted my time to take off work and reschedule. Get everything in writing!
Never buy cars from this dealer. NEVER. Temporary registration expired , but I still have not received license plates. The staff is very rude. And next day after the purchase, strange noises appeared in the engine, so the quality of the used cars sold is doubtful !!
not a business that accomodates black women. you will be met with weaponized incompetence, a lack of customer service, and inflated wait times. these are not the values of volvo the brand but rather a past time for the folks that run this franchise. if you are a black femme person i reccommend doing business elsewhere.
