An engine mount was pushed as urgent despite no symptoms, and its “leak” claim contradicted the dealer’s own “Fluid Leaks: Passed” result. Tires were flagged despite a recent Costco service finding no issues. Legitimate maintenance was mixed with aggressive, high-margin upselling framed as urgent. Disappointing.

Horrible customer service at this location. I scheduled an appointment for a loud knocking noise in the front right side of the car, it was there for three days. Everyday I had to call and check on my vehicle and was told that I needed to call back to continue to check on the status as they don’t reach out. My service advisor was out for the three days my vehicle was in the shop when she returned she communicated through text. Not qualified brand! Since purchased I am having several issues with speaker system and screen. I can’t reach service desk or technician over the phone. I don’t think I will get a volvo again. Only I like the steering.
