I’ve had repeated service experiences where they try to get me to do repairs I don’t need, or overcharge charge me for repairs. The classic was when I brought the car in for one issue and received a long list of repairs needing “immediate attention” for over $9,000. I went elsewhere and had what was actually needed done for $1500. Beware!
Tiffany is a true diamond in the service center. Took my volvo in with an issue. She kept me informed every step of the way and could not have been more helpful. Also want to give a shout out to Isaiah who helped me from a distance last weekend. This volvo service center truly is the best for miles !!
