This was the best interaction we have ever had at a dealership! Joshua and Dom helped us from the very beginning, ensuring my mom found everything she wanted and needed in a car. They took great care of us and went above and beyond to help us find the ideal vehicle. They patiently answered all of my parents questions, made sure the car was inspected and ready, and double-checked everything. This is a location we will definitely return to. Based on our experience with both Joshua and Dom, I know you will be in great hands.
100% fantastic experience here with Inna, Natalie and the financing/sales management. While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle, they were super courteous and understanding of my situation, and were very thorough answering any and all questions. I brought my car in for service because of a low battery notification. I had recently brought it in to another shop for oil change, systems flush, and tire service, so I asked only for the battery issue to be addressed. The report came back saying I needed an oil change (not due for another 3,000+ miles), alignment, brakes and rotors repair. None was actually needed and totalled over $3,000 on the quote. My wife and I purchased a used Ford Flex from Volvo of Falls Church. Our salesman, Vic, was super helpful and kind. He never lied to us and never pressured us to make a purchase. Paul with the finance team was also great to work with! Even though it was one of their least expensive cars, and used cars are not their primary source of business, they still treated us with kindness and professionalism. This was a top-notch organization and my wife and I both left very impressed and happy with our new (to us) car!
