We had Beyer Mechanical install our HVAC system in our commercial property. We have had a good relationship with them up to this point. We had them come out and look at a leak back in May 30, 2024. It appeared this leak was fixed, but a leak appeared in the same area in April 2025. We asked them to come back out and look at it again. They came 4/9/2025 to fix it. Just had worst experience with Beyer boys plumbing - deceptive pricing practice. Initial wuote to r replace water heater was ******* with customer supplied tank. Was charged ******* and only found that out the next day after credit card charged **** never use them again / do not recommend

Beyer Boys is a complete rip off! Simple repairs = astronomical costs!, company and technicians only interested in raking in $, and promoting annual service plan. Technician disingenuous. **************** very slow to respond in answering questions about billing.This job was for a simple solenoid failure on the ** unit with a total cost of over $900!The basic 50mf/ 440v solenoid replacement cost $318. Purchased a plumbing service plan. PAID IN FULL FOR NOTHING! The service technician Felix ******that has been with Beyer boys since 2002 (per his profile) came to my home on 03 Feb 21 and suggested a new water heater stating there was NOTHING he could do to fix the current one and that it had a significant leaking issue. I called the Beyer Boys to fix a leak in the tank of two of my toilets. I called on Tuesday 4th, and we missed each other on the phone, so I left a voicemail message with the after hours voice mail, and no one called me, so I had to call them the next afternoon. Told them to come over Friday, but they could only give me a 4-hour timeslot, which is not very helpful. AC stopped working due to freezing. Technician was not very informative while conducting business letting us know what the issue was and what he was doing to check on things. At the end he let us know what was the cause and the solution. The coils were very dirty and said there was a leak. Recommended that we needed to replace the coils and the price difference wouldn’t be much to replace the indoor unit so that would be the best option. A+ because of top notch tecnician Bobby M. who came to our home yesterday for AC service. This guy has an awesome work ethic. Aside from being knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient he did what a lot of people do not do these days. He took the time to correctly explain important things to me as well as ask me relevant questions. He obviously cares about his customers as well as his employer. Beyer boys is lucky to have him. We will request him in the future.

On 6-17-17 I requested Beyer Boy Serviceman to come look at my A/C Unit, as it was not working. Approximately Six hours later, after repeated calls, the Serviceman arrived. He ran several diagnostic test on my unit. Right away, he started trying to sell me a "Beyer Boys Silver Comfort Protection Plan" at $275.00 a year. I told him that I was not interested at this time, just wanted to get my A/C Unit working as I have been without for Two (2) days now. My air conditioning unit quit working so I called Beyer Boys to come out to look at it. They sent a repairman out to check it out and he went up in the attic to check the indoor unit. He proceeded to remove the tape at the bottom of the unit where the duct work meets the unit. This is usually taped and sealed. Then he opened the unit to check other areas inside and checked the filter. He went downstairs and outside to check the unit out there.
