We are not sure if they aren't interested in finding the parts or decided somehow, they don't like us. Net: The technician and/or their 'parts' department made a decision that somehow, we do not have 'customary-wear/use' for our pedestal washer. I am very happy with Beyer Appliances. Robert K was the repairman assigned to fix my dishwasher. On the first trip diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. Second trip installed part and dishwasher is working. Yay! Robert was very professional and polite and wore a mask the entire time he was here. Great job!!!
