I would rate them negative stars if I could! The guy is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. It was weeks before he even called us back. We left tons of voicemails and never heard a response and he didn’t even fix our washer! It was the same level of broken when I got home, the only difference was I now had a broken washer AND a bill. He was super unprofessional, and could only come at the most inconvenient times. We will not be recommending this place or doing business with them again.
