My partner and I have been living here for a few months are our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Cody helped us find the perfect floor plan that had everything we wanted, and they were able to hold it for us for a few weeks until our previous lease was up. Maintenance requests have been handled extremely quickly, the grounds are very well kept including the common areas and hallways/staircases, and the community feels very safe and welcoming. I lived at Bexley for about 18 months and greatly enjoyed my experience. The office staff (Cody, Brooke, and everyone else i interacted with) is very approachable, maintenance is hardworking, location is great, and the rent is reasonable considering Nashville's boom in rent rates. Parking in the back lot is wonderful, never had a problem finding a spot. Residents are respectful. If these points sound great, give Bexley a call!
I'm a resident at Bexley (and love it here, especially Cody and Joel, who are always so nice and helpful), and in a recent moment of idiocy, locked my keys in my car. I tried to finagle my way into my car using the old coat-wire hanger trick for around 30 minutes before I spotted Joel (who was off-the-clock) walking his dogs and ran over to ask him if he had any duct tape to potentially help me better secure my coat-wire hanger so I could retrieve my keys. We just moved into the complex and Cody has been very helpful! It has been a very smooth process and he was here to answer any and all questions we had.
If I could give Cody at Bexley Silo Bend 10 stars, I would. Moving into a new apartment can be stressful, overwhelming, and honestly… a little chaotic. But Cody?
