I tried to fix a leaking shower mixer. I bought cartridges from Bunnings (difficult to get service) and Reece. Even they fitted, but it was still leaking. I took my cartridge and the new one I bought from the Bunnings to BPS. I told Mark how hard I tried with other stores before. He undid one from a tap on display and told me to take home to try but leave one of mine as he had to put one back to their tap (no payment).
