Good staff (Gisela)
This office is TIDE of seeing me. But they’re so nice & professional every time, especially Giselle. I work during the office hours during the week, but on Saturdays she’s usually there. I’ve had several repairs to my key fob. I think I’m just clumsy, I never had one before. Even when my boyfriend came to ask questions about our bill, he said he felt good knowing she was behind the desk that day. Thank you so much for everyone’s help! You guys are a great staff.
Refused to give us our security deposit. Claimed the carpet needed to be "deep cleaned and stretched" when we hardly used the one room that had carpet and have pictures showing it in good condition when we left. When originally speaking with them after move out they said they sent a check for the deposit but to the wrong address, and by the time we got it they instead sent a bill saying our deposit was used and no longer going to be refunded. I love to live here, Moises is the best one, he always give us a quick answer and solve my problems , he is very respectful and professional he knows how to manage each situation, the maintenance people are very good doing their job.
