As a recent transplant to the area, I had a long list of preferences around features and budget—and Bexley Donelson delivered. Tracy from the staff was incredibly helpful, taking the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed without going over budget. I was nervous about the approval process, but it turned out to be quick and stress-free. After speaking with quite a few complexes in the past few weeks, I can honestly say Bexley stood out for their effort and kindness from the very start.

My AC sadly went out and I didn’t realize it until the middle of the night. I placed a maintenance request first thing in the morning, they responded within a couple hours and fixed the issue immediately! The gentleman was extremely friendly and polite!! I genuinely love this community and can’t recommend it more!!
Maintenance was very responsive and solved my problem in a very timely manner! I’ve lived here for two years and have always had good experiences with the maintenance team! Jordan is very nice and helpful!
