I’ve lived in these apartments for over a year now. It is my first apartment and has far exceeded my expectations. For renters- the amenities are well suited for the amount of people living here. A never overly crowded pool or gym, having only 2 buildings is definitely a reason for this. It’s usually very quiet. Every concern I’ve had has been taken very seriously by management. I recently moved in these apartments, regretting every second. 72 hours after being here, I was notified that I was doing something I’m not supposed to be doing… (which was not me) However… When there were cigarette butts all over the property and in the breezeway. The tenants are rude last night. I had one lady tried to hit my dog while she was using the bathroom at the dog station. There are many other apartments you can move into that have way better amenities. I would most definitely try them first.
I’ve been at Bexley for over a year with no issues. I had to put in a maintenance request for an appliance issue. I requested they call before they come, which they did, and it was super speedy and easy. Jordan fixed my issue and even advised to put in another request that was unrelated to why he came, and he would fix it while he was there. He even gave some love to my pup before he left. He was also quiet and respectful as I was working at home at the time.
