Bexley Car Care will not rip you off and will give you a fair price on any work needed done. I had a headlight bulb that needed replaced. Unfortunately, the fender well needed to be removed in order to replace the bulb. I stopped by their shop and the technician got me in without an appointment and only charged me $20 to replace both bulbs. I stopped by one of their competitors shop (Bexley Automotive) that quoted me a price of $150 to replace the headlight bulbs. AWESOME!!! – I have mechanical experience but also a physical limitation for working in tight places. I needed to have the timing belt, tensioner, water pump etc replaced - past the recommended period. I live West of Columbus and started reading reviews for mechanical work - There were 10 shops that had good reviews and I added the Dealer to the list - called or visited them all. Untouchable – I've been going to Bexley Car Care for two years and have never been treated so well. Prices are fair, service is top notch, facilities are clean, truely a pleasureable experience every time. Its nice to deal with a local business where the owner is always there. I've had way to many bad experiences at the big name chain stores.
Great Service – My car had been dying on the road for over 2 years. Every time I took it into the dealer, they told me that they wouldn't be able to figure out the problem unless I was to bring it in immediately after it happened. When I took my car in to Mike, he knew exactly what was causing it and was able to fix it the first time ($20 part).
Very honest – Wouldn't honor $20 off coupon. Said he "already applied the previous week's 15% coupon to the total." He never mentioned any "15% discount" when he gave me the quote, and for all I know, he just took 15% off a marked-up quote so that he wouldn't have to be out the $20. Typical shady mechanic. Won't ever go back.

This comment was posted in Sept of 2007 at which time I was operating as a Tuffy Franchise. I can't help but think however that this review was not meant for us seeing as how we were not Bexley Car Care till Sept. 2008.
