El lugar es Hermoso. Los apartamentos son bastante cómodos. La administración es pésima. Son groseros, responden de mala gana. Se demoraron 1 mes y medio en arreglarme la lavadora y me decían que no era una urgencia.! La administración es muy mediocre.
Just moved in to Bexley at Lake Norman and my fiancé and I love it! From the initial tour of the apartments, to getting the keys—10/10 experience! Had a few maintenance requests to put in after the move & the kind gentleman, Ray, from the maintenance team came promptly to get those issues fixed/ resolved! Additionally, Ray was very thorough in making sure all of our issues were addressed. Thank you Ray and Bexley team!
We lived at Bexley for a year and while at first it seems fine towards the end of the year we experience a water leak due to bursted pipe and the Bexley team handled it TERRIBLY. I was not home at the time and they did not call me so water melts running for hours after burst. The damage soaked lots of my electronics and furniture. They provided no apology and the overall fix to repair ceiling, retexture, paint took 11-12 weeks, where I had to consistently email them to get things done they put no effort and did not make this... read more
Ryan, the manager of the entire property is extremely unresponsive. There's no use in living here because you'll never get responded to. It's extremely frustrating when you're trying to get something taken care of
Rent anywhere but here. We have had a water leak for over 2 months everytime it rains. We live in the bottom floor and the gutters above us are very clogged. In over 2 months, the apartment has put in new drainage pipes but has not cleaned out the gutters or done anything about the mold growing in our walls. They are trying to tell me there's is no mold but you can't convince me of that since water has been leaking through for 2 months and my husband and I are sick everytime we're home.
