I toured the apartments twice, both times with Kayla. I was very impressed with her professionalism, she answered all my questions, and followed up promptly both times. Out of all the apartment communities I toured in the area, she stood out and so I decided to apply for an apartment. Application process was simple, and Kayla was exceptional during the application process as well. I can’t wait to move in. Highly recommend going over to Bexley and speaking to her, she will help you find a place that fits your needs.
Lived here on a temporary basis with my family while we waited to close on our house. Ultimately, it was a roof over our heads for 3 months. However, day 1 was a mess. The leasing office and I had conversations on our move-in day about the overall cleanliness of the space. It was filthy, and the "professional cleaning" was far from it. The office managers admitted to me over the phone that it had gotten cleaned but didn't meet their standards, and requested a second cleaning.
