I had been very happy with their service until my cat started loosing weight for no known reason. Since it was during the pandemic, I was just bringing him in for weight checks and nails clipped. I was not allowed to go in. My cat went from 12# to 8# in a 6-8m period of time. I repeatedly expressed concern and asked them to work it up.
