I had been very happy with their service until my cat started loosing weight for no known reason. Since it was during the pandemic, I was just bringing him in for weight checks and nails clipped. I was not allowed to go in. My cat went from 12# to 8# in a 6-8m period of time. I repeatedly expressed concern and asked them to work it up. All I got from the techs who took the animals in/out was to keep encouraging him to eat. I tried multiple foods and methods, but his weight continued to fall. I love Bexley Animal Hospital and so do my kitties. Bow Tie and Elsa behave very well when their nails are being trimmed. Dr. Stephenie is absolutely wonderful.

The entire staff at Bexley Animal Hospital provide exceptional care and advice. I have to say this is the best veterinary clinic I have taken my pets to. I would also like to acknowledge Dr. McClure for her knowledge, advice and caring nature. She has far exceeded my expectations for a veterinary doctor.
My dogs have been patients here for several years. We were in for a routine nail trim and made a very off the cuff remark about a very small bump on my dog's side. Dr. McClure listened so well she stopped us in our tracks, asked questions, and next thing you know she is saving the life of my beloved family member. The tumor was removed before it had a chance to grow and infiltrate deeper. Dr McClure and the staff at Bexley Animal Hospital are truly kind, compassionate people. I had to put my sweet Rita down and they managed to make a really difficult time as comfortable as it could be. I can’t speak highly enough of the service we have always received.
