Bex is wonderful at what she does! She significantly reduced my issues with TMJ which I have had for ~5 years since COVID. I also felt my airways opening up during the session and it has significantly reduced my snoring since. This was my first experience with Rolfing and it was super effective for airway & TMJ for me.
