Do not do business with these people!!!! I normally get good service from them, but they are really starting to go down hill. I dropped off my car at 10:15 am to get my alternator checked, and was told they would call me back with an estimate. 2 hours later they call with an estimate of $385. $245 for part, $100 for labor(it takes less than an hour to change), and $45 for the diagnostic(they didn't use to charge that fee if you fixed your car here.
