I came to Bexar Medical Equipment hoping for better service after a poor experience elsewhere, but unfortunately, I encountered the same lack of due diligence. Despite having met my deductible, I was told I’d have to pay out of pocket. When I questioned this, a staff member dismissively told me the person filing the claim had "20 years of experience" and knew what they were doing. Gabriel with Bexar Care took the time to help us pick out the perfect mobility scooter for my husband. Explained everything from how to use it, to disassemble it for transporting it. All the staff were courteous & helpful.
