I have Medicare + Medigap Plan N through Humana. Bexar Care refused to accept the Plan N because it was out of network....If they accept Medicare, the Network should not matter.
I went in to get help for my grandpa wheelchair. Rene was really good and answered all our questions. Definitely recommend
This place is horrible. The level of customer service over the phone was shocking. The alleged manager Renee, spoke with disrespect over the phone. I am unable to get transportation to and from their office and I was told, that I was able to get there before why not now? The owner proceeded to compare my billing issue as the same as AT&T, CPS Energy, etc. The issue had nothing to do with that but the level of respect and courtesy over the phone when dealing with a payment issue, which was not resolved.
