I recently purchased three oxygen tanks from Gabriel Garcia at Bexar Care for my uncle. Gabriel was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. The tanks are high quality, and Gabriel made sure everything was set up perfectly. I definitely recommend Bexar Care and Gabriel for anyone who needs oxygen supplies. Great experience!

I came to Bexar Medical Equipment hoping for better service after a poor experience elsewhere, but unfortunately, I encountered the same lack of due diligence. Despite having met my deductible, I was told I’d have to pay out of pocket. When I questioned this, a staff member dismissively told me the person filing the claim had "20 years of experience" and knew what they were doing. ​It wasn't until my husband called the manager that they actually verified my insurance correctly and confirmed I owed $0.
