I was temporarily at San Antonio for 2 months, and needed a crossfit gym to hit for a bit. Bexar Box was a great choice. I had an experience with Crossfit and Alexia provided me couple cues to fix my movements. It turned out great. Nice vibe, great people, good workout programming. Warm ups are designed well enough to really prepare your body, which was one of my favorite part. Loved it.
Been doing CrossFit 20 years, Alexia and the coaches are some of the best I’ve ever seen, programming is challenging but adaptable to all levels. Highly recommend this gym, this is the best way to attain strength, mobility, and fitness for life and longevity. Drop in and try it out…You won’t regret it!
I was invited to go there by my Boss… Everyone was friendly and everyone is a cheerleader cheering you on… Now I!… showed up with a bit of a hangover and I!… was not as energetic as everyone else. I!… thought I saw a large Beer cooler only to find out it was for COLD PLUNGING??!! Wah Wah Waahhh! But if you’re looking for a CrossFit gym I do recommend it..
