After researching and wanting to do business with a woman owned company, I regret that I will be discontinuing their services. I own and manage several rental properties. First service with them was a hot water heater replacement for $1,200, ok fair I suppose. Second was a water leak on outside water faucet to the tune of $350, easy fix, but felt pricey again. Third a replacement expansion tank on a hot water heater, $220 for a typical $60 part that literally screws on, ok so I'm feeling the upgrade charge, and lastly, today... read more

We have always been a company that has proven to be fair, honest and very reasonably priced. After researching this call and talking to the technicians that have been out to service this particular customers rental properties they have said that every time they have given her a diagnosis and pricing, she always told them to go ahead with the work but always said on every call that I think you charge too much.
