Horrible. They can't get it right with presbyterian insurance. Presbyterian is saying they don't don't the necessary paperwork from be well and are asking for a higher amount thank be well. Hours and hours on the phone and no resolution 7 weeks later.
Carol was incredibly helpful while guiding me through the application process. She was kind and knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was completely satisfied with my visit.
