Went in dehydrated and fatigued from hot Pilates, amidst a heavy preseason training block, and while intermittent fasting - I gave this context clearly and they ill-advised me to get a “detox” formulated IV that causes dehydration; now I’m just more dehydrated lol🥴 Essential to arrive with a clear plan for exactly what you need, instead of getting sold what you don’t. Lesson learned and Ty to the nurse for adding more fluid at the end.
