Excellent quality and superb service as always. No problems obtaining an appointment. Always seen on time. I have used Bewdley medical centre for the past 15 years. Based on the fact that I only use the service when I actually need to, I can only comment on the experiences I've had. Thank God for the NHS. Aren't we lucky.....
The online system is genuinely useless. I can't submit anything outside of working hours, which makes accessing care incredibly difficult. The doctor I need is only in once a week, so it's taking nearly two weeks just to exchange one message. Completely unacceptable in 2025 - If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would - its awful
