AVOID this practice, I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years and have always been very happy with practice but in the last couple of years when South Cliff took the practice over it has rapidly gone down hill, the service we have received has been terrible, they never answer the phone or email, all the best dentists have left and so am I
I would give them a zero, Don’t bother with this company, absolutely terrible, just had a hygienist appointment, what an absolute rip off, I was charged £75 went 4 months before it was only £46, how can it go up so much, we pay a month fee for poor service, avoid this practice, they are putting up fake good reviews, we are now cancelling our subscription as the best dentist is leaving, please don’t join

had came in for my appointment and the dentist left on an emergency. Too fully booked. Reception staff rude. Place is empty, need to be organised with more dentists.
Standards continue to plummet with every visit and since being taken over. 99% staff turnover every 6 months it seems and it's strictly about profit now. Used to be the best but now I'm looking elsewhere.
